1. All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify the integrity and condition of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction.
2. Payment must be made in full before NOON the DAY Preceding the Auction. UNLESS PREARRANGED, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE SALE
3. All items must be picked up before 6pm the day preceding the Auction. NAA will NOT ship items thus successful bidders must make all arrangements for removal of goods. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up.
4. A 18% buyers premium will be charged on all ONLINE auction sales as well as 5% GST.
5. In any dispute, the auctioneer shall have final sale in all matters
6. All items not picked up before the removal deadline ( DAY following the auction) are subject to a $20.00 per day storage charge. All goods not removed by the NEXT DAY Deadline will be sold and refunds will not be issued.
